10 Jan Jumping For Joy at the Trampoline Park
Just recently a new trampoline park was built very close to our home. Now, there is nothing that Clark loves more than to jump, so this is a match made in heaven. Recently they have been advertising a “Preschool Jump.” A couple of times a week they reserve the entire establishment for preschoolers and their parents for just $5 a kiddo, no charge for parents. That is calling my name, Friends! What an awesome place!!! Imagine telling a 4 year old that he can jump as hard and long and high as he can until he can’t jump any more. Clark’s face showed pure and absolute delight. I don’t think Luci initially understood what exactly she was in for, but ran in enthusiastically. She loved it immediately.
Petey the Pup
Clark was assigned to care for Petey the Pup at his preschool this week. He is supposed to bring him home, give him a good time and then we write about it in Petey’s diary for the class to read. It’s cute and fun and the kids adore this poor, well-loved stuffed animal. Clark did what he does best and had Petey flying through the air, as high as he could. And for perhaps the first time in his life he didn’t have someone telling him to stop.
We will definitively be visiting this place again! It’s a great workout for all of us. By the time our allotted two hours were up, the kids were sweaty, exhausted, and ready for a nap.
